Missoula Indian Center
The Mission of the Missoula Indian Center is to support and strengthen the culture of Urban Native Americans by promoting and fostering health, education and economic self sufficiency. In doing this we enhance the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well being of Native Americans.

The purpose of the Missoula Indian Center is to promote and foster the health, education and general welfare of urban Native Americans in and around Missoula. the Missoula Indian Center provides an information and support system to the Native American community by networking within house programs and local health and human service agencies to provide maximum resources. the Missoula Indian Center also helps bridge the gap between relocating from reservations to urban life by functioning as the primary communication center.

The Chemical Dependency Program is designed to provide services for individuals who have problems associated with Substance Abuse or Dependency.

It is our treatment philosophy that Chemical Dependency is a disease that not only impacts individuals, but also families as well as entire communities.

We Provide:

Chemical Dependency Evaluations

Standard Outpatient Treatment
Up to 8 hours of individual/group counseling a week, but generally 1 session each week.

Intensive Outpatient
Up to 30 hours of group/individual therapy per week-but generally 9 group hours and 1 individual hour per week.

Family Therapy / Adolescent Standard Outpatient
Up to 8 hours of individual/ group counseling a week but generally 1 session each week

Minor In Possession (MIP) Program

Residential in-patient treatment and other behavioral health services
